Introduction to Sooo Yummy Bakery in Burnet, TX!

Hello there!!!!

My name is Erika Schuster and Welcome to my very FIRST blog post! Not going to lie, I am kind of excited about writing this blog!!!!! I want this to be a place where I can communicate some thoughts with readers, share things I have learned, whether it be Christian principles, cake decorating tips, new recipes, life hacks, or whatever! I am constantly trying to find different ways to make life easier! Well life will probably NEVER be easy, but you know what I mean!

Ok! So down to business! I just want to share a little bit about me and the title of this blog. I am a Christian. I believe that God the Father sent His only begotten son, Jesus Christ to die on the cross for our sins! (John 3:16). You see, when Eve gave Adam the forbidden fruit to eat, and he did, they screwed up our relationship with God, (IKR Thanks for a great start, Adam and Eve) BUT He had a plan to fix it by sending Jesus as the ultimate sacrifice for our sins. This includes EVERYONE!!!! All have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. (Romans 3:23) If you don't like what I said there, you are kindly welcomed to EXIT. No love lost, but this is my blog! =D

I am also a WIFE! My husband and I have been married for 10 years!!!! Phew! He is truly God's gift to me! We had an old-fashioned courtship. Similar to the way the Duggars do it on TLC but not exactly. I will have to share the whole story at a later date, but we went into our relationship with the idea that we were going to get married, and we saved everything for that wonderful day on February 6th, 2015. <3

I am a MOM! I have a wonderful teenage age son! He is smart as a whip! ...a little too smart sometimes lol. I also have two beautiful daughters! My babies are my pride and joy and I can't imagine my life without them!

I am SELF EMPLOYED! (OBVS)

I used to own a bakery in a Marble Falls, Texas, but for various reasons it did not work out. NOW, our storefront is located in BURNET, TX! Right in the Historic Square! My passion is cake decorating, but I also love to cook and bake, so I, and my team, bake all the goodies! We also serve Blue Bell ICE CREAM in the shop!! This is a recent addition! That means, of course, that we can A LA MODE it!!!!!!! Cookie A La Mode! Brownie A LA Mode! YOU NAME IT!!!!! I am very excited about this addition to the bakery is you haven't already noticed!

I have many other titles as well, just wanted to elaborate on the high points. I am an aunt, a sister, a daughter, a friend, a cook, a daughter in law, etc. Depending on how I'm feeling I can be a lot of other stuff too! lol

I also want to be here to pray for those of you going through hardships in life! God is always on the throne, and He will always be in control NO MATTER WHAT, so don't worry! Let's get through this life together!!!!
