My name is Erika Schuster. I am the owner of Sooo Yummy Bakery. I'm from New Orleans, LA but now reside in Burnet, TX and am a mommy to 3 sweet babies,  and a wife. I started Sooo Yummy in 2009 mostly baking cakes for friends and family. As my skills grew I began to take orders from others in my community.  I also worked as a cake decorator in the local bakery for 3 years. We briefly had a storefront cafe in Marble Falls, but quickly realized that it was not a good fit for our young and growing family. Baking from home allowed me to take care of my home and be there for my children while bringing in money to contribute to the household. In 2021 God blessed me to have a store front again.
I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Communications and I am also food handlers safety certified.
